I personally believe that Russian computers should be produced under supervision of Russian monasteries: smart prayers, smart design, smart monkhood. We believe that Skolkovo project should adopt orthodox center for innovations, just because the Church is the basis for modernization, not an obstacle", - says Kirill Frolov, the Head of Orthodox Experts Association.
